We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice by phone, text, or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 24+ Hours' Notice: Any prepaid fees will be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: Prepayments are non-refundable, and a new payment will be required to schedule a future appointment. No Shows: No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
